Cynthia F. Farquhar is the President and Founder of EEO Solutions, a company dedicated to meeting all of your Human Resources and Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) needs. EEO Solutions has a variety of clients, including major universities, law firms, the Massachusetts State Trial Courts, and Fortune 500 companies. Ms. Farquhar has over 20 years of experience in the field, and combines professional experience with specialized training in EEO Studies, dispute resolution and psychological counseling. Ms. Farquhar has earned a graduate certificate from Cornell University in EEO Studies, is a Certified Ombudsman, a Certified Title IX Investigator, and holds a Master's in Education degree. Ms. Farquhar led the training and development program at Brandeis University for over ten years.
